Our recruiting service
Sublime helps HVAC businesses recruit experienced technicians and home advisors. Our hiring guarantee runs for 30 calendar days from the date the recruitment ads for the agreed vacancy go live. If the hire has not started within that period, we continue recruiting for that vacancy without an agency charge until the hire starts. The placement fee for that vacancy is waived, including if the hire starts after the deadline. Approved advertising spend remains payable separately. A discovery call helps us establish the role and whether we can serve your business.
Submitting an inquiry or booking a call is free and does not purchase recruiting services or commit you to a fee. Before work begins, a separate written service agreement will set out the role, compensation, ad-launch date, hiring criteria, responsibilities and payment terms. That agreement governs the recruiting engagement. We do not set a price or collect payment through this inquiry form.
Our main website also describes marketing and growth services for HVAC businesses. Those services require a separate agreed scope and pricing; the hiring guarantee applies to the recruiting engagement only.
